Note that you will be required to provide a credit card number for payment of a $68 registration fee. If you do not have a credit card, you must pay with a money order. To pay with a money order, go back to the previous page and click "Register with a money order". Do NOT include name suffixes (e.g., Jr., Sr.) in the Last Name field.
